Competencies of our trainers
Our trainers are very strong in communication, have a lot of experience with development and quality improvement programs and a broad background in auditing. Through our “Train-the-Trainer” program, we ensure that they develop and maintain the right knowledge and skills to be able to give optimal support as trainers to your improvement or change processes. They have learned to address the wishes and needs of trainees, to encourage interaction and above all to keep things practical and relaxed. In this way, it is most likely that what has been learned will actually be used in practice.
