Efficient, effective operations and market interface

We help clients define and describe market facing procedures or internal procedures and processes. The objective – explain to market participants how to interact with the market system via descriptive user guides or explain to the system operator how to translate market rules into descriptive user guides for their operations. For example, we recently helped a system operator create user documentation for a new hedge mechanism (transmission congestion credits) implementation.

 

KEMA also helps develop and deliver training on new market management systems (MMS)—including course development and alpha and beta testing.
