At the end of the first stage  you will have developed a strategy for further action: selling credits, buying credits or implementing emission reduction measures. Whichever strategy you adopt, you will need to draw up a monitoring protocol.

If emission reduction is your chosen strategy, it is important to consider the instrumentation to be used, as well as the technical options for realization of the planned reductions. Likely technical options include the installation of an SCR, retrofitting your combustion systems with low-NOx burners, taking energy conservation measures and making use of renewable energy generation. KEMA is also able to assist you with the establishment of a management information system, setting up accounting arrangements and organize the trading of GHG’s.
