KEMA’s 4th annual forum, "Shaping the future," focused on how utilities can build for success and be flexible when the game is changing, the economics are uncertain, customers are apprehensive, regulations are tightening, and technology is rapidly advancing.

KEMA hosted the forum at The Four Seasons in Denver, Colorado, June 6–8, 2011. Panel discussions provided a view from the top, as industry leaders explored possibilities and promises for a sustainable energy and utility future, including new business models, customer engagement, and innovative technologies.
