How to register.

Participants can register one of two ways:

1. Online through VeriSign Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology - MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and checks accepted.

2. To pay by check, download and complete the registration form and email or fax to +1 781 229 4867.

 

Fees for registration are provided below.  The fee includes all sessions and events related to the Forum.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be received in writing (fax and email accepted) by Friday, March 12, 2010.  Paid registrations will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.  After March 12th, no refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows.  Substitutions may be made at any time.  Contact KEMA at +1 781 418 5704 for cancellation requests.
