In some cases, the utility provides staff for marketing, outreach, or technical services. In other cases, the utility simply has a single program manager and we perform all required activities. We collaborate with our client’s marketing staff to develop plans that accommodate the particular service territory, its efficiency needs, and other complementary utility programs.
