China is producing more and more electrical and electronic products. Moreover, China is highly ambitious in the area of high and medium voltage. China has for many years been a dependable region for KEMA. All the more reason to reinforce local service by launching a Chinese language version of
the KEMA website.
This spring KEMA opened its third laboratory in China for testing and certification of low voltage products. KEMA’s involvement has grown beyond mere certification. Cooperation with clients to control risks throughout the chain is a major KEMA activity, from development and production to distribution and use. This is necessary because manufacturers often move their production to make it even cheaper. But this is not without risk. The launching of KEMA's Chinese website supports KEMA's Chinese ambitions. A Chinese website will enhance opportunities to work together with the local, Chinese specialists and serve Chinese clients in their own time and place. After all, time-to-market is everything.
