TCN purchases BusinessPark Arnhem from KEMA

|

|

KEMA's BusinessPark Arnhem was officially transferred to TCN Property Projects of Nieuwegein, the Netherlands on May 24th. This sale is consistent with KEMA's plans to further concentrate on its core activities. In this case, the word park is particularly appropriate. Only 7% of BusinessPark Arnhem's 90 acres have been built on. The "Den Brink" section, with buildings from the 30s, 40s and 50s, has a historical character. The current BusinessPark Arnhem consists of 80,000 m2 of office space and laboratories, for a large part occupied by KEMA, which will remain the largest occupant of the park even after the transfer. In the coming years TCN Property Projects will further improve the area through renovations and intensive real estate management. Approximately 90,000 m2 of new facilities and office space, carefully designed to fit in the landscape, will be developed by TCN Property Projects, BAM and the Giesbers Groep.
