KEMA at FERC Compliance Summit




KEMA is present at the FERC Compliance Summit, Washington, DC, USA

Leading regulators and energy compliance Executives present in-depth reviews of best practices for independent reviews, electric reliability compliance, gas market compliance and standards of conduct. The summit emphasizes how to avoid compliance problems by building strong cultures of compliance in entities potentially subject to FERC and CFTC oversight. KEMA’s Sam Brattini is presenting on the structure of NERC reliability standards covering topics including responsibilities of entities under the NERC standards; demonstrations of evidence, documentation procedures, and other activities associated with the reliability standards; and roles of regional reliability organizations.
