Aachener Membran Kolloquium (AMK)

GENERAL INFO

Start date: 29-Oct-2008

End date: 30-Oct-2008

Venue: RWTH Aachen University Aachener Verfahrenstechnik Tempelgraben 55

Description: Every two years the Aachen Membrane Kolloquium is organised by AVT-Chemical Process Engineering as forum for industrial membrane applications. In about 30 talks given by invited and selected speakers, mostly industrial membrane applications and operational experiences are presented and discussed. As well in 2005 as in 2007, about 300 participants approved the large interest in the need for such discussions.

KEMA participation: Introductory to the event, the half-yearly consortium-meating will be held on October 27 and 28. On the 28th, KEMA & RWTH Aken will organise a workshop for the AMK-participants, to give them the opportunity to learn more about the utilization of membranes for CO2 capturing from power stations.
