Development of wind energy projects
The past decade showed that wind energy project development is a long-term activity. The last 20 years KEMA has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in wind energy, technical and development issues. This one day course provides an excellent grounding in onshore and offshore wind farm development and is designed for (upcoming) wind energy project developers, wind farm owners, (multi-)utility companies, policy-makers and financiers.
Course topics:- Energy policy and developments in wind energy and wind turbines
- Step-by-step planning of wind farm development
- Off-shore wind energy
- Wind farm control and operation
- Case study.
The training course is available as an open course - in Dutch- in the Netherlands. The course is held on 8 June 2004. For next year no course date has been planned yet.
