KEMA provides green project management, eco-charrette facilitation, design assistance, plan and specification review, development of RFQ/RFP language, project team organization, and LEED® commissioning and documentation to both commercial and residential projects.
Our experience is substantial. KEMA has been the primary green building consultant on over 120 construction projects. We have provided detailed LEED design recommendations on fire stations, airports, city halls, offices, libraries, courthouses, community centers and various other building types.
In addition to our LEED experience, we have developed over a dozen general green building recommendation reports for the StopWaste.Org.
